We danced around the fire that night,
Mirror images we were,
Our matching wings beautiful in the fire light,
Laughter ringing out with childish joy,
Words spoken in loving jest.
Until that moment...
Now you are lost to me,
Yet I will find you soon.
For a long time I prayed...
"Please let him be alive,
Pleas let him be healed,
Please, save him..."
Will you know me when I find you again?
Will we dance around that fire one more time?
Will I be whole again with you by my side?
When the time comes,
I will feel your spirit once more.
